This is a really nice blog. I came across it yesterday and it got me thinking about my lapsed practice (tried Zen, Goenka and some mantra meditation). I loved what I read in a Sharon Salzberg book about meditation, though, when she wrote that her teacher said true meditation was being present in each moment, be it washing dishes, cooking, etc. There are times when I try to do this as my practice (when spinning yarn or knitting, for example) but even so, just 10 minutes a day of formal sitting would be nice I think. Thanks for the reminders and the honesty with which you describe your practice!
